Position Summary:
The Marketing and Business Development Intern / Analyst will be a critical role in identifying and analyzing potential customers, conducting in-depth market research, and developing strategic marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and support business development efforts. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of marketing principles and business development practices.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customer segments, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze market data to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.
- Utilize various research tools and methodologies to gather and interpret data.
- Customer Profiling & Persona Development:
- Develop detailed customer profiles (personas) to guide marketing and sales strategies.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze competitor marketing strategies and activities.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate Matvaa's offerings and gain a competitive advantage.
- Strategic Marketing Campaign Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to attract and engage potential customers.
- Select appropriate marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and industry events.
- Create compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
- Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract qualified prospects.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize campaign performance.
- Work with sales to help qualify leads.
- Sales Support & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide market insights and support for sales presentations and proposals.
- Develop marketing materials and tools to support the sales process.
- Help to create content for proposals.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and effectiveness.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in marketing analysis, market research, or business development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in market research tools and techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with digital marketing channels and platforms is good to have.
- Experience with the IT services industry is a plus.
